This policy explains what personal information XTRA AMERICAN collects when you use xtraamerican.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the items you buy. We also store your order history and IP address.
When you create an account: your name, email address and password. You can view, edit or delete this information at any time from your account page.
When you contact us or join our list: your email address, and anything you choose to write in the message.
Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, which our site uses to function correctly.
Payment information
We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly; we never receive or store them. If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your device shares a payment token with Stripe rather than your card number. Your payment details go directly to that provider, and each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Printful prints and ships our products. To fulfil your order we pass them your name, shipping address and the items ordered.
Payment providers receive the information needed to take payment and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Xtraamerican@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
