Any home printer will do. Print at full size with scaling turned off, on the heaviest paper your printer will take — card stock if you have it. Cut along the small grey marks at the corners.
The study cards need nothing but a Bible. Read the chapter for the day, one a day, and work down the card.
The bookmarks carry a code. Scanning it opens one verse, and a way into the free apps, the studies and the Bible. Scan one yourself off the printed sheet before you make a stack, just to see where it goes.
