Psalm 117 · Book Five
Hallel
About this psalm
Two verses, and the middle chapter of the Bible by most countings. It calls all nations and all people to praise, gives two reasons — his merciful kindness is great toward us, and the truth of the LORD endureth for ever — and stops. Paul quotes it in Romans as proof that the nations were always meant to be in on this.
