Twenty-one verses against Edom
The shortest book in the Old Testament, a single chapter, the vision of Obadiah concerning Edom. Edom were the descendants of Esau, Jacob's brother, and they lived in the high rocks to the south where they believed nobody could reach them. When Jerusalem was attacked they stood at the crossroads and watched, and then looted, and handed over the survivors trying to escape. The book is about that: not the crime of attacking your brother but of standing by while someone else does. Pride in a fortress that could not save them, and a promise that the kingdom shall be the LORD's.
