About this psalm
Seven verses about a city and the register kept of who belongs to it. Rahab and Babylon, Philistia, Tyre and Ethiopia are all named — and of each it says, this man was born there. It is a psalm about outsiders being counted as natives. It ends with singers and players, and all their springs in her.
